Electrical/Avionics Technician (m/f/d)
The Flight Measurement Department (CC-F) has a full-time opening as of July 1, 2026, for a Full-Time Electrical/Avionics Technician (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Creating new and modified designs using E-CAD (e.g., Engineering Base, EPLAN, or SOLIDWORKS Electrical)
- System and device development at the block diagram level, including the derivation of system architectures
- Integration and testing of flight measurement systems in the measurement aircraft
- Commissioning of measurement systems in the laboratory as well as domestically and abroad
- Conducting acceptance tests (ground and flight tests)
- Conducting equipment tests and calibration of measurement receivers
- Technical support for manufacturing and aircraft retrofitting in Germany and abroad
- Customer support, including maintenance and support for existing systems
- Preparation of technical system and certification documentation in accordance with QM and EASA requirements
- Support with material flow and procurement control
Collaboration in configuration management and maintenance of technical documentation
Your profile:
- Completed training as an electrical engineer or aircraft electronics technician
- Experience with E-CAD tools (e.g., Engineering Base, EPLAN, SOLIDWORKS Electrical)
- Knowledge of system development and design at the block diagram level
- Experience in commissioning, integration, and testing of technical systems, ideally in the aviation sector
- Knowledge of configuration management and documentation processes in accordance with QM and EASA requirements is a plus
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Quick learner with a resilient, flexible, and independent work style
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as willingness to travel internationally
- Hands-on mentality
