Our Mission:
Protecting nature and saving human lives
The oceans are a fascinating place and home to countless animal and plant species. This makes the current state of the world's oceans all the more problematic. Plagued by plastic waste, oil pollution or exploitation as part of illegal fishing, this vital habitat is suffering. One approach to solving the various problems is to monitor and observe the oceans using aircraft and unmanned aerial systems.
Hand in hand
Our code of conduct for harmonious cooperationWe always want to set a good example. That is why we are guided by clearlydefined guidelines: Our Code of Conduct forms the basis of all our values anddefines our behavior as a globally active company. It sets the standard fortrusting cooperation and forms the basis for our business success. For this reason, it is reflected in the daily actions of Aerodata AG and all companies of theAerodata Group.

Focus on environmental protection and sustainability
Environmental protection is in Aerodata's DNA!
From climate research at the North and South Poles to the detection of oil spills in our oceans - we stand for a sustainable future.
The unique sensors of our subsidiary Optimare enable remote sensing of maritime oil spills.
We are already
thinking about tomorrow
Our research projects
We are also investing in a large number of research projects to ensure a sustainable future for this generation and the next. One example of this is the PlastikObs+ project, in which Optimare is working with project partners on the future detection of plastic waste in the sea.
All these technological efforts pursue one goal:
to protect nature fromirreversible damage.
Sustainability as an ongoing process
How we continuously optimize our servicesIn our view, the term "environment" is associated with permanent further development. We are therefore constantly working on improving our energy and resource efficiency and establishing corresponding processes.
We track our sustainability performance in the form of an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) analysis. This is used to continuously optimize our sustainability strategy.
