IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) in Bremerhaven

At OPTIMARE Systems GmbH, a full-time, permanent position as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) is available in Bremerhaven starting January 1, 2027. The salary range is between €54,000 – €61,000. Specific compensation will depend on your professional experience and qualifications.

Your tasks:

• Manage IT landscape: You administer and optimize our Windows infrastructure (Servers, Clients, Active Directory)

• Ensure operations: You monitor our IT systems, applications, and services, and resolve technical issues

• Support users: You handle 1st and 2nd-level support and assist with technical inquiries

• Drive projects: You participate in internal IT projects and support customer project teams

• Guarantee security: You assist with release, patch, and vulnerability management for devices and operating systems

• Document knowledge: You document workflows and ensure clear structures
   

Your profile:

• Education & Experience: Vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification, with at least 3 years of professional experience

• Systems & Networks: Solid knowledge of Windows Server/Client, backup solutions, and firewalls

• Microsoft 365 & Cloud: Hands-on experience with M365 (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Power BI, SharePoint & Copilot)

• An Advantage: Knowledge of MS SQL Server, information security, or AI

• Work Style & Focus: Independent, well-organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize quickly during outages

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a strong willingness to learn

• Language Skills: Business fluent in German (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English

• Willingness to Travel: Readiness for regular working days on-site in Braunschweig (1–3 days) and Bremerhaven (2–4 days)
