Aerodata is accompanying the Chancellor’s trip to Asia

Neset Tükenmez, CEO of Aerodata AG, accompanied Chancellor Friedrich Merz to Japan and South Korea as part of the German business delegation. The trip brought together high-ranking political decision-makers and representatives from the business community.

The programme included, amongst other things, round-table discussions, company visits and participation in the Asia-Pacific Conference of German Business (APK) in Seoul.

The region is of particular importance to Aerodata. We have been active in Japan and South Korea for many years and have long-standing customer relationships and successful projects there in the fields of flight inspection, maritime surveillance and reconnaissance. Together with our customers and partners, we contribute to air traffic safety, maritime security and the protection of critical infrastructure.

Taking part in the delegation trip provided an opportunity to further expand existing partnerships, forge new contacts and deepen the exchange of views on current security and economic policy challenges. In the Indo-Pacific in particular, maritime security, the protection of critical infrastructure and resilient supply chains are playing an increasingly important role.

We would like to thank everyone involved for the constructive dialogue and the valuable insights.
