From 1 to 3 September, the 20th AeroFIS® User Conference took place at the Steigenberger Hotel in Braunschweig – an anniversary event at which we welcomed 68 guests from 21 countries. This year, there were several reasons to celebrate at the conference, because in addition to the 20th anniversary of the conference and our 40th company anniversary, we were able to congratulate three of our customers on their anniversaries at the conference. An impressive sign of our long-standing cooperation and trust in our joint work.
The diverse conference program included specialist presentations on future-oriented new hardware and software development and flight surveying in GNSS-jammed environments using high-precision positioning without GNSS, as well as the implementation of an interference-resistant GNSS antenna. Presentations by our experts and guest contributions from users provided exciting insights and stimulated lively discussion. A varied supporting program rounded off the event. Highlights included a visit to the Aviation Museum in Hanover and an evening together above the rooftops of Braunschweig.
The intensive exchange continued on Thursday, when around 20 conference attendees took part in a training course at our participants to deepen their knowledge and exchange ideas directly with our experts.
