Talent Acquisition Expert / Recruiter (m/f/d)

The ZDP department has a full-time position available as a Talent Acquisition Expert / Recruiter (m/f/d) starting June 1, 2026.

Your tasks:

  • Independently managing the entire recruiting process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring
  • Close collaboration with business units and providing advice on all recruiting matters
  • Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through active sourcing and building sustainable talent pools
  • Conducting initial interviews and supporting and coordinating discussions with business units
  • Designing and continuously developing recruiting processes, standards, and KPIs
  • Selection, implementation, and optimization of modern recruiting tools and systems
  • Active involvement in shaping the employer brand and optimizing the candidate experience
  • Planning and execution of job fairs, events, and networking activities
  • Drafting of employment contracts and preparation for works council hearings
  • Design and implementation of a structured onboarding process
  • Independent management and implementation of HR projects—including those beyond recruiting
  • Support in day-to-day HR operations as needed, e.g., in payroll or HR controlling

Your profile:

  • A completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, a completed commercial apprenticeship, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience in recruiting specialists and executives in technical industries
  • In-depth knowledge of active sourcing and building talent networks
  • Experience in optimizing recruiting processes and working with KPIs
  • Ideally, experience using recruiting or HR software
  • Knowledge of employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience
  • Basic understanding of labor law and, ideally, experience with employment contracts and works council processes
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • High degree of initiative, organizational skills, and a hands-on mentality
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution skills
  • Motivation to actively build and further develop structures
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
