Project Controller
The finance department has a vacancy for the position of Project Controller (m/f/d) to be filled
full-time.
Your tasks:
- Independent controlling of projects (customer and R&D projects) of the entire company as part of the controlling team
- Supporting the Head of Finance and Business Partner of the department and project managers
- Controlling of the complete profit and loss account in the form of ongoing project costing
- Implementation of liquidity planning and monitoring
- Order processing (creation, invoicing, master data maintenance)
- Support with year-end closing work (valuation of POC, work in progress, etc.)
- Guarantee/guarantee processing
- Processing of letters of credit
- Intra-group cost allocation
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses, forecasts, target figures and budgets
Improvement and design of controlling processes and tools as well as monitoring implementation within the company
Your profile:
- Business training or studies
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- ERP knowledge
- knowledge of guarantee/guarantee/letter of credit processing
- Resilient, flexible, quick-witted, team-orientated
- Expertise and affinity in the areas of industrial project controlling and process management
- Very proficient with MS Office
- Communication skills, strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English
