Product & AOG Support (m/f/d)
In the Controlled Reception Pattern Antennas (CRPA) division, a full-time position as Product & AOG Support (m/f/d) is available from March 1, 2026.
Your tasks:
Establishment of product and customer support, including
First level support (recording, classification, consultation, and problem solving)
AOG 24/7 support
Complete documentation, follow-up, and error management of AOG incidents
Introduction of an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) concept
Advising and supporting customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions
Close cooperation with development, production, and maintenance operations in finding solutions and troubleshooting
Support in preparing customer quotations
Support in project management and supervision of aircraft integrations
Your profile:
Industrial engineer/master craftsman, CAT A/B2 examiner or university degree with a focus on aerospace, preferably electrical engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience
Experience in first-level support: recording, classification, consulting, and finding solutions for technical inquiries
In-depth experience in aircraft technology and avionics as well as a strong technical understanding of aircraft integration
Experience in developing or implementing an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) concept
Extensive experience in customer service and product support with strong problem-solving skills, including 24/7 AOG support
Good written and spoken English skills
Communication skills, strong initiative, excellent self-organization and teamwork skills, organizational skills, flexibility, hands-on mentality
Desirable: Experience in the aviation industry, ideally in accordance with EASA Part 21, experience in aircraft conversion and system integration, experience in the development and certification of safety-related applications (safety & security), competent use of laboratory measuring equipment and tools
