Building technician/caretaker (m/f/d)
In the building services department, we have a vacancy for a
full-time caretaker (m/f/d) starting on January 1, 2026.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of our company buildings Carrying out maintenance and repair work on buildings, technical systems, and facilities
- Monitoring and maintaining building services (heating, ventilation, plumbing, electromobility)
- Carrying out minor renovation and repair work (e.g., painting, flooring)
- Coordinating/monitoring/maintaining outdoor facilities (e.g., mowing the lawn, clearing snow)
- Coordinating and supervising external service providers (e.g., cleaning services, tradespeople)
- Documenting work performed and maintenance intervals
- Willingness to perform emergency services and be on call in the event of malfunctions
- Support with company celebrations (summer party/Christmas party)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a manual or technical profession, e.g., as a heating/plumbing installer, carpenter, locksmith, electrician (m/f/d) or similar
- Several years of professional experience in a manual or technical profession
- Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Team player PC skills in application software (e.g., locking systems, alarm systems, e-mobility) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Class B driver's license required
- Hands-on mentality, honesty, and loyalty
