Even if we just manufacture flight inspection systems or provide research aircraft or helicopters with equipment: all our precision systems in the end serve men - their safety, comfort and future. The responsibility for the people who depend on the reliability of our systems is the motivating force behind our work. The direct responsibility is not limited to the technological creativity to constantly develop new systems. It is also directed at our staff. They are our capital. When we back them and give them personal space they can approach these responsible tasks with absolute commitment.
